The right address for the right register — editorial, press, business, and the coordinator channel for actual treatment questions.

There are four registers people write to me in. Editorial — corrections, pitches, reader letters. Press — interview requests, quote requests. Business — partnership and advertising inquiries directed at HEIM GLOBAL. And treatment — actual clinical questions about your candidacy, which belong on the WhatsApp coordinator channel rather than with me. The right address for each register is below.

Editorial correspondence

Editorial correspondence — corrections to a published piece, factual disputes, source-verification queries, pitch ideas, reader letters on the published coverage — is welcomed at [email protected] (placeholder; the live address will appear on the deployed site). I read it weekly and typically answer within seven business days. Correction requests are reviewed against the underlying source and, if the source supports the correction, published in the editorial appendix at the foot of the piece, with the date recorded plainly. The address does not handle clinical questions, appointment requests, or pricing inquiries — those belong on the WhatsApp coordinator channel below.

Treatment questions — WhatsApp coordinator (Re:Berry, Gangnam)

Clinical questions about your candidacy, pricing, available appointment dates, the Korean side of the visa or arrival logistics, or anything that requires a coordinator's coordination belong on the HEIM GLOBAL WhatsApp channel rather than in my editorial inbox. The coordinator handles the introduction to the affiliated Gangnam clinical partner — Re:Berry Clinic in Gangnam, which the coordinator network references for English-speaking Ultherapy and Ultherapy Prime consultations — and routes Cantonese, Mandarin, and Spanish inquiries through colleagues elsewhere in the publisher network. The introduction is offered without charge; any commercial relationship between HEIM GLOBAL and the operator a reader is introduced to is disclosed at the point of introduction. Business inquiries

Business inquiries — partnership proposals, regulatory correspondence, operator-to-operator notes — are welcomed at [email protected], the operator address for HEIM GLOBAL. The publisher operates this site under foreign-patient registration A-2026-04-02-06873 and business-registration number 405-04-54000; the representative director is Oh Su-ji (오수지). Partnership proposals are reviewed by the operator side rather than by me; an editorially independent firewall sits between the publisher's commercial side and the editorial coverage, and inquiries that try to route around the firewall are declined.

Press inquiries

Press inquiries — interview requests, quote requests for U.S. or international beauty and travel coverage, podcast appearances, panel invitations — are welcomed at [email protected] (placeholder). I generally answer within seven business days and typically need at least two weeks' notice for a recorded conversation. I am happy to talk on the record about the editorial coverage, the publisher relationship, the Korean medical-tourism framework, and my own first-person experience with the treatments I have written about; I am not the right person to comment on a clinic I have not visited or to give a clinical opinion on a third party's candidacy.

Advertising inquiries

Advertising inquiries: this site does not run display advertising, sponsored articles, paid placements at the article level, or named-clinic ranking content. The Hospital Hub pages carry a HEIM GLOBAL WhatsApp coordinator channel that may earn the publisher a referral fee on bookings — that is the entire commercial structure of the site, and it is disclosed in full on the editorial policy and the medical disclaimer. Inquiries about display advertising or sponsored content are declined; inquiries about a coordinator-network listing should be directed to HEIM GLOBAL at the business address above. The editorial firewall is intentional. It is the reason the editorial coverage is worth reading.

Can I send you my own clinical photos for an opinion?

Please don't. I am not a licensed physician and giving an opinion on your candidacy from photos would be both irresponsible and outside the editorial remit of this site. The WhatsApp coordinator channel can introduce you to a licensed Korean specialist who is the appropriate person to review your case.
